Returns and Exchanges


Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns and exchanges at this point. However, if you have found any serious defects* or have received the wrong order, please get in touch with me via email at shop@racheldulis.com within 5 days of receiving your order with pictures as proof so that I may review and approve your case.


*Defects that would make the product physically unwearable. Irregularities and damage caused by wear and tear, improper care or mishandling do not qualify.


Refunds


If your order is reported within 5 days and found faulty or incorrect, a full refund will be issued once the order is returned** in its original condition and packaging. Please note that refunds will not be issued should you return your order without prior review and approval.


**Returns should be made via J&T Express or Poslaju. Please present the return receipt so that I may reimburse the cost.


Cancellation


Unfortunately, I cannot accept any cancellation of orders after payment has been made.
